Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

• Processing days: Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
• Backordered items will be noted at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options based on the size, weight, and classification of your items. Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.

• Standard Ground: 3–7 business days within the contiguous US.
• Expedited options available at checkout for in-stock items.
• Truck freight is used for oversized or heavy items and may require a delivery appointment.
• First-class mail may be available for small, lightweight eligible items.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Additional surcharges may apply for hazardous materials, truck freight, oversized, or drop-ship items — these are clearly itemized before you complete your purchase.

Hazardous & Oversized Items

Items flagged as hazardous materials require special handling and may only ship via ground transportation. Oversized items ship via freight and may require a signature upon delivery. These flags are shown on every product page and at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. For international or freight-forwarding inquiries, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
