Yes, you can find product videos for a majority of the products we offer. In the product detail section of each product you will see tabs under the product image. If a video tab is available, click and you will find the videos specific to that product.
Yes, there is a section on our website dedicated specifically to rebates and Sales. All current manufacturer rebates are located there with a brief description of the rebate, the end date and the rebate coupon link. You can find this under the Catalog tab of our website by clicking the Rebates option or On Sale option.
Remanufactured units are devices that were returned to the factory to be factory refurbished. Remanufactured devices go through extensive testing to bring the units up to the same specifications as when they were manufactured as new, maintaining high quality standards. Yes, there is a section on our website dedicated specifically to remanufactured products. All current remanufactured products are located there. You can find this under the Catalog tab of our website by clicking the Remanufactured option.
There is a hazmat flag in the product download as well as a hazmat warning indicated by the shipping box shown as red within a product’s listing. Hazmat items can only ship via UPS ground to the lower 48 states.

Nix Warehouse offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. For most items, customers can obtain an RMA by sending an email to nick@nixwarehouse.com or by calling (619) 5080-3995. Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%; please contact the RMA department for details.
Please note that your item may ship from warehouses located in all parts of the country. We make every effort to ship from locations closest to our customers. Items are shipped Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options are available.
All orders over $1000 will ship signature required. A signature may be required for delivery based on the carrier. It is their decision to request a signature as needed. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments, which will update with the order status update.
We ship free ground to the lower 48 states. There are expedited shipping options available for an additional charge. Items that do not qualify for the free shipping will be marked accordingly. Example: truck freight.
We do NOT ship Internationally at this moment. Soon we will provide that option.
